The Battle Star Collection is very proud to offer knives by three wonderful knife makers: Steve Watkins of Ironman Forge, Nicholas Nichols of Nicholas Nichols Knives and Daniel Gillespie of Jocko Blades. All of these talented knifemakers have strong ties to North Carolina.
Steve Watkins focuses on using the Battleship's steel in the blade and uses the original teak in his knife handles. Nicholas Nichols and Daniel Gillespie both use and refine the Battleship's teak deck to make fabulous knives.
